ASX MARKET RELEASE 2 February 2018 Request for an Extension of Suspension

The Agency Group Australia Limited (“Company”) (ASX: AU1) hereby makes application for a further period of Suspension of its securities, effective immediately, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2:

  • The Company makes the request pending an update on the Option Agreement it has with Top Level Pty Ltd;
  • The suspension is to last until the Company releases an announcement, which is expected to be no later than Tuesday, 6 February 2018; and
  • The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
