The Agency Continues to Top WA Rankings as East Coast Operations Excel

Highlights

• SLP and The Agency ranked #1 and #2 respectively by REIWA for top office in WA for May 2018
• Combined group ranked #4 in number of sales and #5 in $ value of sales for the month
• The Agency’s East Coast operation (Top Level) – 16 sales above $5 million and six sales above $10 million since January 2018

The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company”) continues the strong growth of its wholly owned real estate business, with Sell Lease Property (SLP) and The Agency leading the rankings in Western Australia for May 2018.

For the month, based on independent analysis from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) analysis, SLP was recognised as the Top Office by Listings Sold, selling 53 properties worth $24,314,750 for the month while The Agency came in second place with 52 listings sold valued at $32,050,000.

In May, The Agency and Sell Lease Property combined ranked fifth in Western Australia for $ value and fourth in number of sales.

This follows on from The Agency and SLP taking first and second place respectively for top office in WA for January, February, March and April 2018.

Commenting on the results, The Agency Managing Director Paul Niardone said:

SLP and The Agency taking first and second ranking for Top Office in May is testament to the hard work of all our employees and further validates The Agency’s acquisition of SLP in March this year.

Our sales agents are ranked among the best in the state, and we continue to outperform our peers, which only bodes well for the future as we continue to roll out our innovative disruptive model.

The Agency’s East Coast operations have also achieved significant results throughout 2018 to date.

In terms of sales performance, particularly in the blue-chip markets, The Agency East Coast has achieved 16 sales above $5 million, and six sales above $10 million, since January 2018.

The Agency East Coast’s auction clearance rate for New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland currently sits at 80 per cent, this is 27 per cent higher than the industry average.

The Agency East Coast operation is also growing rapidly with 12 new recruits in the last six weeks, expanding the team to 104 agents.
