ESCROW RELEASE

The Agency Group Australia Group Limited (“Company”) (ASX: AU1) hereby announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from escrow.

Securities Escrow period expiry 1,476,170 Ordinary Shares 28-December-2018 166,668 Options exercisable at 15 cents expiring 30 Apr 2019 28-December-2018 1,722,222 Options exercisable at 4 cents Expiring 19 Dec 2019 28-December-2018 2,231,659 Performance Shares 28-December-2018

The Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares that are to be released from escrow with ASX at the time by lodgement of an Appendix 3B.
