REQUEST FOR A VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), hereby makes application for a voluntary suspension of its securities with immediate effect, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2: (i) The Company makes the request pending an announcement by the Company regarding the settlement of the acquisition of Top Level Real Estate Pty Ltd;

(ii) The Agency requests the suspension remains in place until the commencement of trading on Thursday 17 January unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement;

(iii) The Agency is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
