The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) – Trading Halt Description The securities of The Agency Group Australia Ltd (‘AU1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AU1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 July 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), requests the granting of a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, The Agency provides the following information:

(i) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company with regard to a capital raising;

(ii) The Agency requests the trading halt remains in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday 24 July unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement;

(iii) The Agency is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
