Extension of voluntary suspension

REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), hereby makes application for an extension in its voluntary suspension of its securities with immediate effect, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2: (i) The Company makes the request pending an announcement by the Company in relation to its financing and execution of all formal documentation;

(ii) The Agency requests the suspension remains in place until the commencement of trading on Monday 11 May unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement;

(iii) The Agency is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
