PRE-REINSTATEMENT DISCLOSURE Ausnet Financial Services Limited (formerly Namibian Copper Limited) (the “Company”) will be reinstated to official quotation as from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 28 December 2016, following the Company’s compliance with listing rule 11.1.3 and Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
The following information is released as pre-reinstatement disclosure.
1. A distribution schedule of the numbers of holders in each class of security to be quoted, setting out the number of holders in the following categories.
1 – 1,000 1,001 – 5,000 5,001 – 10,000 10,001 – 100,000 100,001 and over
2. A statement setting out the names of the 20 largest holders of each class of securities to be quoted, including the number and percentage of each class of securities held by those holders.
3. An updated statement setting out the capital structure of the Company following completion of the Offers.
4. The Company’s Appendix 1A and Information Form and Checklist.
5. The Company’s constitution.
6. An updated statement of commitments based on actual funds raised.
7. An updated pro-forma balance sheet as at 30 June 2016 based on actual funds raised.

8. A statement confirming the following.
8.1. The satisfaction of the conditions to the Public Offer, the close of each of the Offers, and the allotment and issue of all securities under each of the Offers.
8.2. The satisfaction of the conditions precedent to, and completion of, the Share Sale Agreement including the acquisition of 100% of Ausnet Financial Services Limited.
8.3. The 13,800,000 performance rights which the Company had on issue are cancelled.
8.4. That there have been no material subsequent events to alter the Company’s consolidated statement of financial position as detailed in the Prospectus.
8.5. That there are no legal, regulatory or contractual impediments to the Company undertaking the activities the subject of the commitments disclosed in the Prospectus.
8.6. That the Company is in compliance with the listing rules and in particular listing rule 3.1.
9. The Company’s securities trading policy which complies with the requirements of listing rule 12.9.
10. A statement setting out the number of securities subject to ASX restrictions and the restriction period applied to those securities.
