Correction to Notice of Meeting

The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company”) advises of a correction to the Notice of General Meeting dated 21 July 2025, for a meeting of shareholders to be held on 27 August 2025.

The Company advises that due to a typographical error, the number of convertible notes held should be corrected from 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 in clause 1.3(c) ‘Existing holdings in the Company’.
