During the webinar, presenters Paul Niardone (Executive Director) and Andrew Jensen (Chairman) will provide insights into the group’s financial results for FY2025 and growth outlook. Highlights from FY2025 included:

• Record Gross Commission Income (GCI) of $125.3m, up 11.3% year-on-year.
• Revenue growth to $98.5m (+12%), with property management income up 15.4% to $13.5m.
• Return to profitability, delivering underlying EBITDA of $1.12m (FY2024: -$0.45m).
• Strong growth in sales activity, with 6,663 properties sold worth $7.44 billion in value.
• Expanding property management portfolio, with 11,968 properties under management, independently valued at $37.41m.
• Balance sheet strength, supported by recurring revenue and strategic rent roll acquisitions.
