ASX MARKET RELEASE Release of Escrow Securities

Ausnet Financial Services Limited (“Company”) (ASX: AU1) hereby announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from escrow.

Securities Escrow period expiry 593,449 Ordinary Shares 24-May-2019 296,725 Ordinary Shares 26-May-2019

The Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares that are to be released from escrow with ASX at the time by lodgement of an Appendix 3B.
