The securities of The Agency Group Australia Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from official quotation immediately, at the request of the Company pursuant to listing rule 17.2, pending the release of an announcement regarding an update on the Top Level Pty Ltd option agreement.

ASX MARKET RELEASE 31 January 2018 Request for Suspension

The Agency Group Australia Limited (“Company”) (ASX: AU1) hereby makes application for a Suspension of its securities, effective immediately, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2:

  • The Company makes the request pending an update on the Option Agreement it has with Top Level Pty Ltd;
  • The suspension is to last until the Company releases an announcement, which is expected to be no later than Friday, 2 February 2018; and
  • The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
