The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) – Trading Halt Description The securities of The Agency Group Australia Ltd (‘AU1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AU1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 19 September 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company, requests the granting of a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, The Agency provides the following information: (i) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company regarding the finalisation of funding agreements relating to a capital raising (a Condition Precedent under the Amended and Restated Binding Option Agreement to acquire Top Level Real Estate Pty Ltd);

(ii) The Agency requests the trading halt remains in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday 19 September 2018 unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement in relation to the capital raising;

(iii) The Agency is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
