ASX MARKET RELEASE CONSOLIDATION & BONUS UPDATE The Board of The Agency Group Australia Limited (“AU1”) would like to remind shareholders that the record date to be entitled to the bonus issue on the basis of six (6) fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for every ten (10) Shares held (pre-consolidation shares) is Friday 14 December. The ordinary shares are currently trading under the ASX ticker ‘AU1DC’ until such time the consolidation and bonus share events are concluded on or around the 15 December 2018 in accordance with the timetable below.
