Request for extension to voluntary suspension

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 26 October 2020

Request for extension to Voluntary Suspension Further to the announcement to the ASX dated 8 October 2020, in which The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company) requested an extension of its voluntary suspension of its securities, the Company requests this voluntary suspension be extended.

The Agency provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2:

1. The Company makes the request to allow sufficient time for regulatory approval of a Convertible Note Agreement, and 2. The Agency requests the suspension remains in place until the commencement of trading on Thursday 29 October unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement; and 3. The Agency is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
