Expiry of listed options

Expiry of Listed options The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), wishes to advise the holders of the Company’s 101,515,093 listed options (Exercise Price $0.065) (ASX: AU1OA) (Listed Options), that they have Expired on 31 December 2020.
The Company advises that as the Listed Options were “out of the money” and the likelihood of holders exercising the Listed Options was remote, the Company relied on Clause 5.3 of Appendix 6A of the Listing Rules, and did not send a personalised notice to the holders of the quoted options that have now expired.
