Quarterly cash reporting update & FY22 Results webinar
QUARTERLY CASH REPORTING UPDATE AND FY22 FULL-YEAR RESULTS – DATE AND WEBINAR National real estate company The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company”) announces that in line with ASX Guidance Notes relating to Quarterly Cash Flow Reports, following four consecutive quarters of positive net operating cash flows over the 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 periods for the company, The Agency has received ASX approval that future Appendix 4C quarterly cashflow reports lodgements are no longer required.
Notwithstanding this approval, The Agency is pleased to report continued positive Operating Cashflows in the June Quarter of ~$1.5m, with a ~$8.2m cash at bank balance as at 30 June 2022.
FY22 FULL-YEAR RESULTS – DATE AND WEBINAR
Furthermore, The Agency is scheduled to release its 2022 full year results to the Australian Securities Exchange on Thursday 26th August 2022.
A presentation of the results including a Question-and-Answer session will be held on the day. Details of the webinar are:
