The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) – Trading Halt Trading in the securities of The Agency Group Australia Ltd (‘AU1’) will be halted at the request of AU1, pending the release of an announcement by AU1. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of: • the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 7 August 2026; or • the release of the announcement to the market. AU1’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), requests the granting of a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, The Agency provides the following information:

(i) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in response to a price query from ASX and a response to an article appearing in the Australian Financial Review about a potential change of control transaction;

(ii) The Agency requests the trading halt remains in place until the commencement of trading on Friday 7 August 2026 unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement;

(iii) The Agency is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
